As of Monday 13TH July we will be disbanding the Community Resilience Hub and integrating the support for vulnerable people who need to isolate because of Test and Trace, into the Customer Services Centre.
This will mean that all residents experiencing Covid related issues (e.g. needing help while they isolate, or experiencing financial hardship support) will be able to contact 01223 458780 to speak to a member of the customer services team, or complete an online help request form here https://www.cambridge.gov.uk/coronavirus (new content live from Monday)
