Ensuring you stay safe

  • August 7, 2020
One of the ways in which the virus spreads is by close contact when families and friends meet together in a private home or garden.

Abide by the rules

Ensure you stay 2m apart from anyone not in your household (or 1m if you are taking other measures such as face coverings). You can meet in groups of up to six people who you do not live with or who are not in your support bubble. You can also meet people in groups of more than six people if everyone is exclusively from two households (anyone in the same support bubble counts as one household).

If you are concerned that other people may be breaking the rules, Cambridgeshire Police will try to resolve situations without resorting to enforcement or issuing fines. Report online at https://www.cambs.police.uk/report/Report-a-breach-of-COVID-19-restrictions
